Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the chicken, bacon, ranch seasoning, ⅓ cup green onions, cream cheese and ½ cup of the fiesta blend cheese to a mixing bowl, and stir until well combined.
Spread a sixth of the filling into each tortilla. Fold the sides of the tortilla in, and tightly wrap the tortilla closed around the filling.
Place the filled tortillas into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Whisk together the red enchilada sauce and the heavy whipping cream in a bowl.
Spoon the sauce over the tortillas.
Sprinkle with the remaining fiesta blend cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Garnish with green onions before serving.
