Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 sprig Fresh Thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Add the cranberries, Swerve, water and sprig of thyme to a pot over medium heat.
  • Simmer until the cranberries are tender.
  • Mash some of them lightly with a potato masher or the tines of a fork. Set aside.
  • Blend together the cream cheese, white cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream and garlic in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Spread the dip mixture into a small baking dish or oven safe skillet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Top with the cranberry mixture before serving.
