Keto Cream Cheese Bagel Bites

These rolled up keto bagel bites are filled with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning. They're a quick snack or a fun lunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 Fajita Sized Keto Tortillas
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 2 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface, and spread 4 oz. of cream cheese over each one.

  2. Sprinkle each tortilla with 1 tsp of the Everything bagel seasoning.

  3. Tightly roll the tortillas closed over the cream cheese filling.

  4. Chill the tortillas in the freezer for at least 1 hour.

  5. Slice the tortillas into pinwheels, and place into the tray of an air fryer,

  6. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6-8 minutes, or until lightly browned and crispy.

  7. Spray with some cooking spray and garnish with additional everything bagel seasoning.
