This vintage creamsicle Jello salad has a healthy twist - cottage cheese! It's a sugar-free orange salad with bursts of citrus!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Sugar-Free Orange Jello Mix
  • 1 1/4 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 tbsp Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Add the heavy whipping cream, vanilla and Swerve to a mixing bowl, and blend on high until soft peaks have formed.
  • Fold the cottage cheese into the whipping cream mixture.
  • Blend the Jello mix into the mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Chill for 1 hour before serving.
