Ingredients

  • 1 English Cucumber sliced and halved
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion sliced thinly
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Dried Cranberries
  • 3 slices Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 Walnuts

Instructions

  • Whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
  • Add in the cucumbers, red onion, walnuts, cranberries and bacon, and stir to combine well.
  • Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
