Ingredients

  • 6 Zero Carb Stree Taco Sized Tortillas
  • 6 ounces Diced Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 5 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions choppped
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives chopped

Instructions

  • Add the diced ham, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, green onions, chives and salt and pepper to taste to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Place a layer of filling down the center of each tortilla, and fold the tortilla closed around the filling.
  • Heat a thin layer of oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  • Place the tortillas seam side down in the skillet, and toast until crispy on the outside.
