8ouncesCream Cheese softened
1 1/2cupsFrozen Broccoli Florets chopped well
5slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspGarlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
2cupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Arrange the mozzarella cheese into circles on a parchment lined baking sheet, being sure to leave some space between each circle of cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges start to turn brown and crispy.
While the cheese is baking, mix together the cream cheese, broccoli, bacon, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste in a mixing bowl.
Remove the tray from the oven, and allow the cheese circles to cool for 1-2 minutes.
Spread a layer of the mixture down the center of each cheese circle. Quickly and carefully roll the cheese up over the filling, and allow it to set and cool before serving.
