Ingredients
2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
Thin Sandwich sliced dill pickles
6ouncesDeli sliced ham
6ouncesDeli sliced turkey
1Roma Tomatosliced thinly
1cupRomaine Lettuce
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and then spread a layer of cheddar cheese over the baking sheet.
Layer the pickle slices over the cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees until the edges are browned and crispy.
Remove from the oven, and allow the cheese to cool and crisp up.
Cut the pickle cheese mixture into “bread” slices.
Top a slice of pickle cheese bread with some of the ham slices, turkey slices, tomato and romaine lettuce.
Place another pickle cheese bread slice on top and serve.
