Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Thin Sandwich sliced dill pickles
  • 6 ounces Deli sliced ham
  • 6 ounces Deli sliced turkey
  • 1 Roma Tomato sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Romaine Lettuce

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and then spread a layer of cheddar cheese over the baking sheet.
  • Layer the pickle slices over the cheese.
  • Bake at 425 degrees until the edges are browned and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven, and allow the cheese to cool and crisp up.
  • Cut the pickle cheese mixture into “bread” slices.
  • Top a slice of pickle cheese bread with some of the ham slices, turkey slices, tomato and romaine lettuce.
  • Place another pickle cheese bread slice on top and serve.
