Ingredients

  • 8 Zero carb street taco sized keto tortillas
  • 8 slices Deli Pepperoni
  • 16 slices Deli Salami
  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
  • Place two slices of salami and one slice of pepperoni down the center of each tortilla.
  • Top the meat with a layer of the cream cheese filling, and sprinkle on some pepperoncini peppers.
  • Roll the tortillas closed around the filling.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat on the stove, and toast the rollups on all sides until browned and crispy.
