Italian Sub Roll-Ups
After I made my Keto Club Sandwich Roll Ups I knew I wanted to recreate my favorite sandwiches into easy roll-ups. Those club sandwich roll-ups were wrapped in a crispy cheese wrap and filled with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and thinly-sliced turkey.
They tasted just like club sandwiches! So, this time, I recreated Italian subs!
The result is incredible! Not only are the tortillas perfectly cripsy, but they’re filled with Italian meats (like pepperoni and salami), cream cheese, and some bold pepperoncini peppers finish it off.
They’re the perfect thing to eat for lunch.
Keto Italian Roll-Ups
These little roll-ups are so easy to whip up, that you’ll have a go-to lunch idea you can use whenever you don’t know what else to make. And they taste so good that you don’t even need a dip.
If the pepperoncini peppers aren’t spicy enough, replace them with some sliced jalapeno peppers. That will make your taste buds dance.
And feel free to add some sliced provolone cheese and some crispy spinach to give it even more flavor. Change up the recipe however you want – Italian subs are a simple thing and there are a bunch of ways to make them.
Keto Crispy Italian Roll-Ups
I suggest making a bunch of them all at once and then adding them to your weekly meal prep.
Since the Italian sub roll ups are made with keto-friendly tortillas, you can store them in the refrigerator and then reheat them in a skillet or air fryer. If you reheat them in the microwave, the tortillas will become softer.
Store leftover roll ups in an airtight food storage container. Keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Keto Lunch Ideas
These crispy Italian sub roll-ups make the perfect lunch! Serve them with a bowl of keto Olive Garden salad to give yourself some more nutrition.
Or, if you like spicy foods, add some keto sweet and spicy canned chicken salad to the table with the roll-ups. You can also round out the flavors with a bowl of keto broccoli cheese soup.
The Italian flavors taste fantastic with some broccoli cheese soup. And then add some keto Olive Garden breadsticks to the table with a glass of sugar-free sweet tea and you’re ready to eat!
Best Keto Tortillas
Use your favorite low-carb tortillas for the roll-ups. Mission brand is really easy to find at the grocery store (and they have a bunch of flavors to choose from, too!).
The street-taco sized tortillas are the perfect size for the roll-ups. Don’t try to make them with larger tortillas – they’re too big.
Keto Crispy Italian Sub Roll-Ups Recipe

Ingredients:
- Zero carb street taco sized keto tortillas
- Deli pepperoni
- Deli salami
- Cream cheese softened
- Italian seasoning
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced pepperoncini peppers
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
Place two slices of salami and one slice of pepperoni down the center of each tortilla.
Top the meat with a layer of the cream cheese filling, and sprinkle on some pepperoncini peppers.
Roll the tortillas closed around the filling. Heat a skillet over medium heat on the stove, and toast the rollups on all sides until browned and crispy.

- 16 slices Deli Salami
- 6 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/4 cup Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and mozzarella cheese.
