Arrange the cheese into 8 circles on a parchment lined baking sheet. You may need to use two separate baking sheets.
Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges of the cheese circles are starting to brown and crisp up.

Remove the cheese circles from the oven and let cool for 1 minute.
