1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
6ounces Fresh Cranberries
1/4cupWater
1/2cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
1/2tspOrange Extract
2tbspOlive Oil
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the pork roast with the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the pork roast on all sides.
Add the pork roast to the bottom of the Crockpot.
Place the cranberries, water and Swerve into a pot over medium heat.
Simmer until the cranberries begin to break open and the mixture thickens.
Remove from the heat and stir in the orange extract.
Spoon the cranberry mixture over the pork roast.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
