6Keto Hamburger Buns
1 1/2cupsColeslaw Mix
3poundsBoneless Pork Shoulder Roast
12ouncesZero Sugar Root Beer
1 1/2cupsKeto BBQ Sauce
2tspMinced Garlic
1tspOnion Powder
Instructions
Add the pork roast to the Crockpot, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the garlic and onion powder over the pork roast.
Pour the root beer into the Crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Remove the pork and shred with two forks.
Return the pork to the Crockpot, and toss with the BBQ sauce.
Place a serving of the shredded BBQ pork onto a bun, and top with some of the coleslaw mix and the top of the bun.
