Ingredients

  • 6 Keto Hamburger Buns
  • 1 1/2 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 3 pounds Boneless Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 12 ounces Zero Sugar Root Beer
  • 1 1/2 cups Keto BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions

  • Add the pork roast to the Crockpot, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Place the garlic and onion powder over the pork roast.
  • Pour the root beer into the Crockpot.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Remove the pork and shred with two forks.
  • Return the pork to the Crockpot, and toss with the BBQ sauce.
  • Place a serving of the shredded BBQ pork onto a bun, and top with some of the coleslaw mix and the top of the bun.
