Ingredients

  • 4 Keto Tortillas
  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 Roma Tomato chopped
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 bag Quest Nacho Chips crushed into crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until completely browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix in the cream cheese, and stir until melted.
  • Sprinkle in the cheddar cheese, and stir until combined.
  • Place the tortillas on a flat surface, and spread a layer of the chip crumbs down the center.
  • Add ΒΌ of the meat mixture on top of the crumbs.
  • Sprinkle some tomatoes and green onions on top.
  • Fold up the end of the tortillas up over the filling, and fold the edges in, while continuing to roll the tortillas tightly closed.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the burritos in the oil until browned and crispy.
