1/2Red Bell Pepperchopped
1/2Green Bell Pepper chopped
2tbspOlive Oil
1/2tspGarlicminced
1/2tspOnion Powder
1tspPaprika

Instructions
In a large skillet, begin to heat olive oil.
Add chopped bell peppers & minced garlic. Continue to saute until tender.
Add frozen cauliflower. Continue to cook until liquid is cooked off.
Add dry ingredients and stir well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove and garnish with salt, pepper and fresh cilantro or parsley.
