This Keto deviled egg salad is packed with tons of flavor and makes a great low carb side dish or lunch!

Ingredients

  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • 6 slices of crumbled turkey bacon Any type of bacon will work.
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise Add moreifneeded.
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp sliced chives
  • 1/4 tsp salt add more if needed
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Peel and chop eggs and place them in a large bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the same bowl.
  • Stir and combine.
  • Top with extra bacon and or chives and refrigerate until ready to serve.
