12hard-boiled eggs
6slices of crumbled turkey baconAny type of bacon will work.
3/4cupmayonnaiseAdd moreifneeded.
1/4cupdiced red onions
1tbspdijon mustard
2tbspsliced chives
1/4tspsaltadd more if needed
1/4tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsppaprika
Instructions
Peel and chop eggs and place them in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients to the same bowl.
Stir and combine.
Top with extra bacon and or chives and refrigerate until ready to serve.
