1poundGround Beef
3tspChili Powder
2tspCumin
1tspPaprika
1tspOregano
6cupsChopped Romaine Lettuce
2Roma Tomatoes chopped
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2cupBlack Soy Beans drained and rinsed
1/4cupCilantro chopped
1bagQuest Nacho Cheese Chipscumbled
1/2cupChipotle Ranch Dressing
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned. Drain any excess grease.
Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well, and then set aside.
Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl.
Top the lettuce with the tomatoes, cheddar cheese, beans, cilantro, meat and crushed chips.
Drizzle with the dressing.
Toss to combine everything well and serve.
