Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 3 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 6 cups Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Black Soy Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 bag Quest Nacho Cheese Chips cumbled
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the meat is completely browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine well, and then set aside.
  • Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl.
  • Top the lettuce with the tomatoes, cheddar cheese, beans, cilantro, meat and crushed chips.
  • Drizzle with the dressing.
  • Toss to combine everything well and serve.
