Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound Ground Pork
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 Egg Wraps

Instructions

  • Saute the ground pork in a skillet over medium high heat until cooked through. Drain the excess grease, and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Mix in the garlic, ginger, soy sauce, green onions and coleslaw mix. Saute for 2 minutes longer.
  • Let the meat mixture cool a bit.
  • Place a layer of the filling down the center of each egg wrap. Fold in the sides of the wraps, and then roll tightly closed around the filling to form an egg roll shape.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the eggs rolls seam side down to the heated skillet, and sear until light brown and crispy on the outside.
