Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Keto White Bread broked into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cups Keto Eggnog prepared
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Cloves
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2/3 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the bread pieces to a large mixing bowl.
  • Whisk together the eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla and Swerve in a bowl.
  • Pour the mixture over the bread pieces.
  • Add in the prepared eggnog. Stir to combine.
  • Spread the mixture into a well greased 9x13 baking dish, and top with the pecans.
  • Cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Serve with a drizzle of sugar free maple syrup if desired.
