1/2cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute

Icing
1/2cupSwerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
Keto Eggnog as needed
1tspVanilla

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the bread ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined and smooth.
Layer the batter in a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes, until cooked through completely.
Allow the bread to cool to room temperature.
Whisk together the Swerve, vanilla and nutmeg in a bowl.
Add rough eggnog to the bowl until the icing reaches your desired consistency.
Smooth the icing over the bread, and top with the chopped walnuts.
Allow the icing to set before slicing to serve.
