Ingredients

Bread

  • 2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Keto Eggnog
  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup Melted Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Icing

  • 1/2 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • Keto Eggnog as needed
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the bread ingredients to a mixing bowl, and blend until well combined and smooth.
  • Layer the batter in a well greased loaf pan, and bake for 40-45 minutes, until cooked through completely.
  • Allow the bread to cool to room temperature.
  • Whisk together the Swerve, vanilla and nutmeg in a bowl.
  • Add rough eggnog to the bowl until the icing reaches your desired consistency.
  • Smooth the icing over the bread, and top with the chopped walnuts.
  • Allow the icing to set before slicing to serve.
