Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Pour the mixture evenly into two well greased ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a 9x13 baking dish, and fill the baking dish with water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center of the custard is set.
Drizzle with some sugar free caramel sauce before serving if desired.
