  • 2 Ramekins
  • 1 9x13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Prepared Keto Eggnog
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Confectioner's Sugar Substitute
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Whisk together all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into two well greased ramekins.
  • Place the ramekins in a 9x13 baking dish, and fill the baking dish with water until it reaches about halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center of the custard is set.
  • Drizzle with some sugar free caramel sauce before serving if desired.
