Ingredients

  • 2 large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 small Onions sliced thinly
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese gruyere and gouda

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sear the chicken until cooked through and browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
  • Add in the onions, and saute until caramelized.
  • Mix in the broccoli, cover and steam until the broccoli is done to your liking.
  • Stir in the garlic, worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Saute for 3 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet.
  • Turn the heat off, sprinkle with the cheese and cover to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
