2large Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts cut in half lengthwise
2tbspOlive Oil
1/2tspOnion Powder
1/2tspGarlic Powder
4tbspButter
2small Onionssliced thinly
2tspMinced Garlic
2cupsBroccoli Florets
2tspWorcestershire Sauce
1tbspBalsamic Vinegar
1cupShredded Cheese gruyere and gouda
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with the garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the chicken until cooked through and browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
Reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter to the skillet.
Add in the onions, and saute until caramelized.
Mix in the broccoli, cover and steam until the broccoli is done to your liking.
Stir in the garlic, worcestershire sauce and balsamic vinegar. Saute for 3 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet.
Turn the heat off, sprinkle with the cheese and cover to allow the cheese to melt before serving.
