  • 12 Hard Boiled Eggs chopped
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Chives
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp French fried onions

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients besides the french fried onions to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl, and garnish with french fried onions before serving.
