Keto Fried Cabbage Noodles With Bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 cups Cabbage cut into long noodle shapes
  • 1/2 Onion diced
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add in the onions, and saute for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the cabbage, and stir to combine.
  • Cover and saute until the cabbage has begun to soften.
  • Mix in the cream cheese until melted.
  • Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning, and stir to combine.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and saute until well combined and the cabbage is softened.
  • Mix in half of the bacon.
  • Top with the cheese, and cover until melted.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
