2tbspOlive Oil
5cupsCabbage cut into long noodle shapes
1/2Onion diced
6slicesBacon cooked and crumbled
1/3cupHeavy Whipping Cream
3ounces Cream Cheese softened
1tbspRanch Seasoning
1 1/2cupsShredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4cupChopped Green Onions
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add in the onions, and saute for 3 minutes.
Stir in the cabbage, and stir to combine.
Cover and saute until the cabbage has begun to soften.
Mix in the cream cheese until melted.
Sprinkle in the ranch seasoning, and stir to combine.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and saute until well combined and the cabbage is softened.
Mix in half of the bacon.
Top with the cheese, and cover until melted.
Sprinkle with the remaining bacon and green onions before serving.
