2cupsCottage Cheese
3tbspSugar-Free Honey
1/4cupKeto Chocolate Chips
1/3cupChopped Walnuts
1tspVanilla
3tbspNatural Peanut Butter
Instructions
Add the cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter and vanilla to a mixing bowl or food processor. Blend until your desired consistency has been reached.
Smooth the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips for 30 seconds at a time in a microwave safe bowl until completely melted.
Drop the chocolate by the spoonful onto the mixture on the baking sheet.
Use a butter knife or toothpick to swirl the chocolate into the mixture.
Sprinkle on the walnuts.
Freeze until hardened.
Break into pieces and serve.
