Just look at the swirls of deliciousness on this frozen bark! It looks more like a candy bar than a keto-friendly dessert. Surprisingly, this is a low-carb, high-fat, and high-protein dessert.

It will fill you up, satiate your sweet tooth, and keep your body in fat-burning mode. The cottage cheese is high in protein and an excellent source of healthy fats.

The same thing goes for chopped walnuts and the natural peanut butter!

If you have a blender or food processor, then use it. By pureeing the cottage cheese with honey, peanut butter, and vanilla, you’ll mix everything together perfectly while also making the texture smooth and consistent.

The bark will still taste delicious if you don’t puree it. Some people don’t mind the curds!

Since this is a frozen keto dessert, I suggest storing extra cottage cheese bark in the freezer. If you don’t, it will probably melt.

Store your frozen cottage cheese bark in an airtight and freezer-safe bag or food container. It will stay fresh in the freezer for up to six months.

The Ingredients that you need in order to make Keto Frozen Cottage Cheese Bark

Ingredients 

  • Cottage cheese
  • Sugar free honey
  • Keto chocolate chips
  • Chopped walnuts
  • Vanilla
  • Natural peanut butter

Directions 

Cottage Cheese

Add the cottage cheese, honey, peanut butter and vanilla to a mixing bowl or food processor. Blend until your desired consistency has been reached.

Smooth the mixture out onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Melt the chocolate chips for 30 seconds at a time in a microwave safe bowl until completely melted. Drop the chocolate by the spoonful onto the mixture on the baking sheet.
