Ingredients

  • 2 cups Plain, Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 4 large Strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds

Instructions

  • Place the Greek yogurt into a bowl with the sugar free honey and vanilla. Stir to combine well.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Layer the strawberry slices and blueberries over the yogurt mixture.
  • Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds and almonds.
  • Freeze until hardened.
  • Break into pieces and serve.
