Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp  butter
  • 1 lb cremini mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp  Italian Seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat butter in skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until crispy around the edges.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of parsley, and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with remaining parsley.
