Ingredients

  • 1 pound Natural Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Lightly Steamed Cauliflower Florets
  • 6 ounces Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • grated Parmesan cheese garnish

Instructions

  • Add the Italian sausage and onions to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is nearly completely browned, and drain any excess grease.
  • Mix in the cauliflower and mushrooms. Reduce the heat to medium, and continue to saute until the meat is completely browned and the onions have softened.
  • Stir in the butter, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Saute for 3 more minutes before serving with some grated parmesan on top.
