Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • Roughly chop the cauliflower and place in a large pot with garlic cloves.
  • Add enough water to cover ingredients. Boil for 12-15 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender.
  • Drain water.
  • Using an immersion blender or potato masher, mash the cauliflower and garlic until smooth.
  • Stir in butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Top with fresh parsley if desired.
  • Enjoy!
