Ingredients

  • 1 pound Jumbo Shrimp
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
  • 3 tsp Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Spinach

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
  • Season the shrimp with the dried basil, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
  • Saute the shrimp for several minutes until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • Add the butter to the skillet and reduce the heat to medium.
  • Saute the garlic in the melted butter for 30 seconds.
  • Whisk in the heavy whipping cream, Italian seasoning and lemon juice. Saute until thickened.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and spinach. Saute until the spinach is wilted.
  • Return the shrimp to the skillet, stir to combine and serve garnished with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
