1 1/2cupsAlmond Flour
1/2tspBaking Soda
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspBaking Powder
3/4cupBrown Sugar Substitute

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together butter, sugar and vanilla.
Add the egg. Mix well.
Gradually mix in dry ingredients, including cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
Spread dough on a prepared baking sheet*. Bake for approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Allow cookies to cool completely in the pan, before adding frosting.
To create frosting, simply mix together all ingredients until fluffy. Spread over cooled cookie bars. Slice and enjoy!
Notes
I placed my tray in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before slicing to help everything set together. Not necessary though.You can also bake these in a baking pan if you would like thicker cookie bars.
