Ingredients

Bars

  • 1/2 cup Low-Carb Peanut Butter
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts chopped
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Drizzle

  • 2 tbsp Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 tbsp Bake Believe White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tsp Cocont Oil divided

Instructions

  • Grease the bottom of a loaf pan very well.
  • Mix together all of the ingredients for the bars in a bowl until well combined.
  • Press the bar mixture into the bottom of the loaf pan until an even layer has been formed.
  • Place the bars in the freezer to harden for a minimum of 3 hours.
  • Turn the loaf pan over, remove the bar mixture, and slice into 6 equal bars.
  • Place the dark chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of the coconut oil into one microwave-safe bowl, and the white chocolate chips and another teaspoon of coconut oil into another microwave-safe bowl. Heat each bowl at 30-second intervals until the chocolate has melted and the ingredients are combined.
  • Use the tines of a fork to drizzle the chocolate mixtures over the bars.
  • Return the bars to the freezer to set before serving.
