1English Cucumber chopped
1/2cupCherry Tomatoes halved
1/4cupGreen Or Black Olives
1/3cupFeta Cheesecrumbled
1/4cupRed Onion chopped
3tbspOlive Oil
1tbspFresh Lemon Juice
1tbspRed Wine Vinegar
1tspOregano
Instructions
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion and feta to a bowl. Stir to combine well.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mixture over the vegetables, and toss to coat well.
Serve immediately, or chill before serving if desired.
