1cupChicken shredded or canned (drained)
1smallEnglish Cucumber thinly sliced
1Roma Tomatochopped
1/4large Red Onion finely chopped
1/4cupPlain Greek Yogurt
1/4cupWhipped Cottage Cheese
2tbspCucumbershredded, well drained of excess water
1tspMinced Garlic
1tspDried Dill
Instructions
Add the chicken, sliced cucumber, tomato and red onion to a mixing bowl.
Combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic, dill, shredded cucumber and salt in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
Pour the tzatziki sauce into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Stir to combine well.
Serve immediately with your choice of keto friendly wraps, bread, etc.
