Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken shredded or canned (drained)
  • 1 small English Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 1 Roma Tomato chopped
  • 1/4 large Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Whipped Cottage Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cucumber shredded, well drained of excess water
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill

Instructions

  • Add the chicken, sliced cucumber, tomato and red onion to a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, garlic, dill, shredded cucumber and salt in a food processor, and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour the tzatziki sauce into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Stir to combine well.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of keto friendly wraps, bread, etc.
