Preheat oven to 350 degreesIn bowl add crushed pork rinds. Fry bacon until crisp and transfer to a paper toweled plate. **reserve 2-3 tbsp of bacon grease.
Chop bacon into small pieces.
Add bacon into the bowl along with pork rinds and stir. Set aside.
Next, add green beans to a pot of boiling salted water. Cook for about 5-8 minutes.
Drain and pat dry.
Add bacon grease to a pan and cook mushrooms and onions until brown.
In the same pot add in cream cheese, half and half and almond milk.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for about 5-8 minutes or until the sauce has thickened.
Now add greens beans into the sauce mixture.
Stir and add to a large pan and cook for about 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with bacon and pork grinds and bake until edges are golden brown and bubbling!
