Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Chopped Basil
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Dill
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Chives
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Red Onion finely chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the Greek yogurt, cilantro, basil, green onions, dill, chives, garlic, red onion and salt and pepper to taste to a food processor. Pulse until smooth and well combined.
  • Reserve a few tablespoons of the mixture and set aside.
  • Marinate the chicken in the remaining mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Sear the chicken in the heated skillet until browned and cooked completely through.
  • Serve the chicken with the reserved sauce for dipping.
