Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Sirloin Steak cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Juice from 2 Lemons
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey

Instructions

  • Add the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, bay leaf and sugar free honey to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine.
  • Place the steak into the mixing bowl, and toss to coat in the mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
  • Soak the wooden skewers in water before grilling.
  • Heat a grill to medium high.
  • Thread the steak pieces onto the wooden skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the heated grill, and baste with the marinade.
  • Grill for 8-12 minutes depending on the size of your steak pieces and your desired level of doneness.
