1 1/2poundsSirloin Steak cut into cubes
2tbspOlive Oil
3tbspSoy Sauce
Juice from 2 Lemons
2tspMinced Garlic
1Bay Leaf
1tbspSugar-Free Honey
Instructions
Add the soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, bay leaf and sugar free honey to a mixing bowl, and whisk to combine.
Place the steak into the mixing bowl, and toss to coat in the mixture. Marinate for at least 2 hours.
Soak the wooden skewers in water before grilling.
Heat a grill to medium high.
Thread the steak pieces onto the wooden skewers.
Place the skewers on the heated grill, and baste with the marinade.
Grill for 8-12 minutes depending on the size of your steak pieces and your desired level of doneness.
