Tender, juicy sirloin steak grilled to perfection! You’ll love these keto grilled sirloin steak kebabs so much you’ll make them every week!

Sirloin Steak Kebabs
Whether you’re looking for an easy recipe to make on the grill or you want a new way to eat sirloin steak, this recipe is for you. The savory steak is marinated in a homemade and keto-friendly teriyaki sauce.

This breaks down the steak, making it more tender and even juicier. Then, as it cooks on the grill, the flavors are infused into every bite.
There are just a few simple ingredients in these tasty kebabs. One bite and they’ll become your new favorite way to eat steak!
With just 2 grams net carbs in each skewer, you can eat enough to feel full.
Kebabs vs Skewers
A lot of us here in America use these terms interchangeably. So I found a resource on a Middle Eastern restaurant that explained the difference.

Here is what they had to say:
“Kebab, (also kebap, kabob, kebob, or kabab) is an Iranian, Afghan, Middle Eastern, Eastern Mediterranean, and South Asian dish of pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit originating either in the Eastern Mediterranean, or the Middle East, before spreading worldwide.”
So, to say it in a confusing way, all shish kebabs are skewers but not all skewers are shish kababs. Since I cooked meat over an open flame on the grill, they definitely qualify as kebabs.
Grilled Sirloin Steak
What is the best kind of steak to grill? I always recommend grilling a high-quality cut of steak. Sirloin, rib-eye, tenderloin or skirt steak are the best cuts.

They will grill perfectly and stay tender and juicy. To really get the best flavor, marinate the steak.
It not only tenderizes the steak but it also adds flavor to each bite. There are a few key ingredients in my marinade.
The lemon juice is the acid that breaks down the chewiness in the meat. The sugar-free honey sweetens it and balances the saltiness of the soy sauce.
You’re going to love how it tastes!
Grilled Steak Skewers
Before you grill the steak skewers, soak your wooden skewers in water. This will prevent them from burning on the grill.

If you’re using stainless steel skewers, you don’t have to soak them first. Add the steak bites to your weekly meal prep.
They’ll taste perfect on top of a salad, in tacos, or by themselves as a high-protein lunch. Take them off the wooden skewers and place them in an airtight container.
Keep them in the refrigerator for up to three days.
Grilled Sides
Serve these keto kabobs with your favorite l0w-carb sides that you would enjoy on a cookout or at a BBQ. I think these keto Hawaiin rolls will taste delicious with the juicy steak.

Keto strawberry shortcake is always perfect for serving at cookouts. It’s one of my favorite low-carb desserts!
And if you’re feeling snacky, then serve the skewers with some homemade keto tortilla chips and your favorite homemade keto salsa. They’re so flavorful!
