Ingredients

Salad

  • 8 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/3 cup Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Deli Salami
  • 1 cup Chopped Deli Ham
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes halved

Champagne Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Champagne or White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Place the shredded lettuce into a large serving bowl.
  • Top the lettuce with rows of the red onion, salami, ham, peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
  • Add all of the dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid, and shake to combine well.
  • Serve the salad tossed with the dressing, or serve the dressing on the side if desired.
