8cupsShredded Lettuce
1/3cupSliced Pepperoncini Peppers
1/3cupChopped Red Onion
1cupChopped Deli Salami
1cupChopped Deli Ham
1cupShredded Mozzarella Cheese
10Cherry Tomatoeshalved
Champagne Dressing
1/4cupMayonnaise
2tspMinced Garlic
1/4cupOlive Oil
2tspChampagneor White Wine Vinegar
1tspItalian Seasoning
3tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Place the shredded lettuce into a large serving bowl.
Top the lettuce with rows of the red onion, salami, ham, peppers, tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
Add all of the dressing ingredients to a jar with a lid, and shake to combine well.
Serve the salad tossed with the dressing, or serve the dressing on the side if desired.
