Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups Keto Marinara Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion sliced
  • 1/4 cup Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni Slices

Instructions

  • Add the ground beef to a skillet over medium high heat. Saute until the meat is completely browned. Drain the excess grease.
  • Reduce the heat to medium, and mix in the garlic, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the sauce, and stir to combine.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spread the ground beef mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish.
  • Top with the parmesan cheese and ⅔ of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer on the mushrooms, onions, bell pepper and pepperoni.
  • Sprinkle on the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
