2poundsGround Pork
1poundBrussels Sprouts shredded
6ounces Mushrooms sliced
2tbspOlive Oil
1/2Onion chopped
2tspMinced Garlic
2tspWorcestershire Sauce
2tspChili Powder
1tspCumin
1/2tspPaprika
1/2tspOregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the ground pork and onion to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the pork is browned and the onions have softened. Drain any excess grease and season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a separate skillet, add the olive oil over medium heat.
Stir in the brussels sprouts, and saute covered for 3 minutes.
Mix in the mushrooms, and cover to saute until the vegetables have softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Return the meat to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Add the garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika and oregano to the skillet, and stir to combine well before serving.
