Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Ground Pork
  • 1 pound Brussels Sprouts shredded
  • 6 ounces Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the ground pork and onion to a skillet over medium high heat, and saute until the pork is browned and the onions have softened. Drain any excess grease and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate skillet, add the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Stir in the brussels sprouts, and saute covered for 3 minutes.
  • Mix in the mushrooms, and cover to saute until the vegetables have softened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Return the meat to the skillet, and stir to combine.
  • Add the garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, paprika and oregano to the skillet, and stir to combine well before serving.
