1 1/2cupsMozzarella Cheese shredded
2ounces Cream Cheese
1/4tspXanthan Gum
1cupAlmond Flour
3tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1tspBaking Powder
1Egg
9slicesDeli Ham sugar-free
4 1/2piecesSwiss Cheese
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl that is microwave safe, combine the mozzarella and cream cheeses.
Microwave for 30 seconds at a time until the cheeses are melted and combined.
Place the cheese dough in a mixing bowl with the xanthan gum, almond flour, baking powder, egg and Swerve brown sugar substitute. Mix until a well formed dough is created.
Wet your hands slightly, and form the dough into 9 evenly sized balls. Press each one flat a bit with the palm of your hand, and place onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned, and then let cool.
Slice each of the slider buns in half, and top one half of each bun with a slice of deli ham and two slices of swiss cheese that have been divided into fourths.
Place the tops back on each bun and heat in the oven until the cheese has melted a bit.
