Ingredients

  • 10 Hard Boiled Eggs Peeled and Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Crushed Pork Rinds

Instructions

  • Slice the hard boiled eggs, and layer them in a small shallow baking dish.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
  • Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Add in the parmesan and cheddar cheeses, and stir until well combined and melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Let the sauce rest off the heat for 5 minutes.
  • Pour the sauce over the eggs in the baking dish, and top with the pork rind crumbs.
  • Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
