10Hard Boiled Eggs Peeled and Sliced
2tbspButter
1cupHeavy Whipping Cream
2tspMinced Garlic
1/3cupShredded Parmesan Cheese
1cupShredded Cheddar Cheese
2tbspCrushed Pork Rinds
Instructions
Slice the hard boiled eggs, and layer them in a small shallow baking dish.
Melt the butter in a skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
Stir in the minced garlic, and saute for 30 seconds.
Pour in the heavy whipping cream, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
Add in the parmesan and cheddar cheeses, and stir until well combined and melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let the sauce rest off the heat for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the eggs in the baking dish, and top with the pork rind crumbs.
Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes.
