3Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2tbspOlive Oil
1tspItalian Seasoning
1/2tspGarlic Powder
3slices Provolone Cheese
3slices Mozzarella Cheese
12Pepperoncini Pepper Rings
9slices Salami
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
Sprinkle the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
Sear the chicken on both sides in the heated skillet until just browned.
Remove the chicken and place into a well greased 9x13 baking dish.
Use a sharp knife to slice slits along the top of each chicken breast, being sure not to slice all of the way through.
Stuff a slice of provolone cheese, a slice of mozzarella cheese and three slices of sliced salami in each chicken breast.
Top with the pepperoncini peppers.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
