Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Pecans chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Walnuts chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chopped Thyme
  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tsp Cumin

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
  • Combine the rosemary, thyme, brown sugar substitute, cumin and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
  • Add the pecans and walnuts to a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • Sprinkle in the herbs and seasoning. Toss to coat well.
  • Layer the nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
