1 1/2cupsPecans chopped
1 1/2cupsWalnuts chopped
2tbspOlive Oil
1tbspFresh Chopped Rosemary
1tbspFresh Chopped Thyme
1tbspSwerve Brown Sugar Substitute
1tspCumin
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Combine the rosemary, thyme, brown sugar substitute, cumin and salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
Add the pecans and walnuts to a mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.
Sprinkle in the herbs and seasoning. Toss to coat well.
Layer the nuts onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes.
