- 1 1/2 pounds Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
- Chopped Green Onions for garnish
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Pat the shrimp dry with a paper towel.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the shrimp and garlic to the skillet, and saute until cooked through.
Pour in the honey, and saute until a bit caramelized.
Serve garnished with green onions.
