Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Pork Chops cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Sugar-Free Honey
  • 3 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice

Instructions

  • Season the pork bites with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the pork bites to the heated skillet, and sear on all sides until nearly cooked through.
  • Mix in the garlic, sugar free honey and squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
  • Stir and saute until the pork is done to your liking.
