1 1/2poundsBoneless Pork Chops cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tspOnion Powder
1tspGarlic Powder
2tspPaprika
1/4tspCayenne Pepper
3tbspSugar-Free Honey
3tspMinced Garlic
4tbspButter
Salt and Pepperto taste
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
Season the pork bites with the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add the pork bites to the heated skillet, and sear on all sides until nearly cooked through.
Mix in the garlic, sugar free honey and squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Stir and saute until the pork is done to your liking.
