If you haven’t used keto sugar-free honey yet, let this be your sign to buy some! You can use it in so many different recipes, but these sweet and spicy pork bites are one of my favorite ways to use it.
When you combine the sweetness of sugar-free honey with the heat of paprika and cayenne pepper, you get an irresistible pork recipe that you’ll crave.
Easy Pork Bites
This is such an easy recipe. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook. If you want it to cook quicker, use extra thin pork chops.
Remember to always check the internal temperature. Pork should be cooked until it reaches 145F.
If you overcook pork chops they become dry, so use your food thermometer to track the temperature and remove them when they reach that perfect temp.
Honey Garlic Pork
Boneless pork chops are the easiest kind to use to make these pork bites. But if you have a pork loin in the fridge or freezer, you can use that to make the pork bites.
It doesn’t really matter which type of pork you use, as long as you cut it up into small bites.

Easy Skillet Pork
This is a really easy recipe to change up and make it taste how you like. If you want it spicier, add more cayenne pepper and paprika.
You could even add a drizzle of Sriracha to bring up the heat!
There are two ingredients I suggest sticking with. Real butter cooks the pork with an unmistakably delicious flavor, so don’t try to replace it with coconut oil or olive oil.
Also, squeezing some fresh lemon juice finishes it off beautifully! You can use jarred lemon juice, but you’ll notice a difference if you use freshly-squeezed juice.
What To Eat With Pork
These sweet and spicy pork bites taste best when you serve them on top of cauliflower rice. If you love spicy foods, then serve the pork bites on top of some Cajun cauliflower rice.
For a veggie, make bacon and green beans. The mild, savory flavors pair well with the bold honey garlic pork bites.
And if you want to make pork bites with a Chinese-inspired meal, make some keto Chinese noodles to serve on the side. They have a lot of complementary ingredients, so they are perfect with cauliflower rice or in place of it.
For something lighter, add some keto turmeric zucchini soup to the table with a bowl of keto Vietnamese chicken salad.
Then, enjoy some keto crispy cinnamon cream cheese roll ups for a high-fat and low-carb dessert!

Instructions:
Season pork bites with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat well.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork bites to the heated skillet, and sear on all sides until nearly cooked through.
Mix in the garlic, sugar free honey and squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Stir and saute until the pork is done to your liking.
