Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 6 tbsp Butter melted
  • 4 Hot Dogs cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheesed shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Add the almond flour, baking soda, eggs, whipping cream, melted butter and salt to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
  • Stick the hot dog pieces into the cornbread mixture.
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
