1 1/2 cupsAlmond Flour
1/2tspBaking Soda
3largeEggs
1/3cupHeavy Whipping Cream
6tbspButtermelted
4Hot Dogs cut into bite-sized pieces
1cupCheddar Cheesedshredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Add the almond flour, baking soda, eggs, whipping cream, melted butter and salt to a mixing bowl, and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a well greased 9x9 baking dish.
Stick the hot dog pieces into the cornbread mixture.
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
